NetWork Kansas Appreciates Support of VentureDash
Wichita, Kansas --- Less than one year after launching a comprehensive online entrepreneurship fair and business competition plan software for Kansans, NetWork Kansas announces the software's national expansion. VentureDash is on track to host 50 competitions across the country, including competitions of seven colleges and universities.
"I know that we are definitely excited to work with VentureDash for both our Future Titans High School Business Idea Competition this May and the 2021 Light Up the Lakeshore Business Idea Competition this fall,” Jeffrey Sachse, Rawley Point Economic Advising, said. “We know that VentureDash is unique as the first of its kind to provide a wealth of resources for organizers and participants in these competitions and is further invaluable for engaging public support for the work that we do. We are happy to serve as partners and look forward to seeing what comes next!"
Joining Rawley Point Economic Advising as the software's first higher education institutions are:
-2020-2021 Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge Series
-E-STEAM Pitch Series, EntreEd (Appalachia)
-Faulkner Challenge, Fort Hays State University
- Future Titans High School Business Idea Competition and Light Up the Lakeshore Business Idea Competition, Rawley Point Economic Advising (Wisconsin)
-Idaho Entrepreneur Challenge, Boise State University
-Kansas Entrepreneurship Challenge, K-State University
-Koch Innovation Challenge, Wichita State University
-Shocker New Venture Competition, Wichita State University
VentureDash is a “one-stop-shop” software to help facilitate planning, organizing, and executing a competition from start to finish. One of the features allows mentors, entrepreneurs, and judges to register for their local competition and track participation numbers. The judges are also able to use the scoring system to evaluate and enter scores. It will then calculate the winners on its own, saving organizers time and effort.
Dr. Chad Jackson with K-State University added, “As our programs have had to pivot to virtual settings during the global pandemic, we have been grateful for our partnership with VentureDash as the software has enabled us to continue to offer world class experiences to our students. The platform has saved us time and money and allowed us to focus on our work with student entrepreneurs.”
We anticipate continued growth in 2021 having VentureDash be utilized at many more colleges and universities across the country.
