Alternative Parental Consent

If you are unable to complete the parental consent form with credit card information, you may fill out the attached form for an alternative method of parental consent for users under the age of 13. Please fill out this form and return to [e-mail] 

Once you create your account, you have a 5-day window to return the consent form before your account information will be deleted. By emailing the form, a VentureDash admin will enter your consent into the system, which will allow you to have full access to the platform. You will not be able to access any part of VentureDash until parental consent is obtained.
