How to Edit Entrepreneur and Business Sign Up Forms

When an entrepreneur creates a VentureDash account, they are automatically asked their first and last name, email address, and date of birth. Businesses are required to give their business name. If you want to add questions to what entrepreneurs and businesses will be asked when they create an account, you can do it one of two ways:

1) Click the "People" tab, and then go to the "Forms" section. Select the corresponding form that you want to edit (i.e. "Entrepreneur Sign Up Form"). Then, click the "+ Add Question" link in blue at the bottom. Add your question and be sure to click "Save" before exiting.

OR

2) Click the "Create participant forms" link on the timeline on the lefthand side of the page. This will automatically jump to the Forms section under the People tab. Select the corresponding form that you want to edit (i.e. "Entrepreneur Sign Up Form"). Then, click the "+ Add Question" link in blue at the bottom. Add your question and be sure to click "Save" before exiting.
